Overview
SmarTLC is a software platform developed to efficiently monitor, control, and manage lighting systems throughout a building from a centralized interface. It operates as a dedicated lighting control system while providing a wide range of advanced control and management functions.
SmarTLC can be installed on both server and client computers, enabling mutual backup functionality to enhance system reliability. Any program updates or database
modifications made on the server are automatically reflected and can be monitored from the client, ensuring consistent system operation and real-time information sharing.

Operation
SmarTLC is installed and operated on a standard Windows-based PC using the SmarTLC Installation Program.
After installation, the user logs into the software and configures the communication settings between the central control device and the PC. The computer can be configured to operate in either Server Mode or Client Mode, depending on the system architecture. The database for each project site is then created, and the required control logic and operating scenarios are configured. Once the configuration is complete, the control programs are downloaded to the field controllers while the system remains online. After downloading, the software verifies the feedback status of each controller to ensure successful program transfer and system integrity. If necessary, the programs can be re-downloaded to guarantee accurate configuration.
The graphic editor provides an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Users can simply drag control points or circuits from the database and drop them directly onto the graphical layout, allowing fast and efficient screen configuration.
