Data Line Amplifier
Overview
Repeater is a communication device that regenerates and amplifies data signals between SCU and lighting control panels.
Since ELC BUS is a digital signal, signal strength weakens over long distances. Repeater restores the signal and boosts transmission voltage for long-distance communication. It is installed between SCU/SCU-s and control panels to extend distance and system capacity.

Operation
Application
Used when longer distance than standard ELC network is required or when communication issues occur due to noise. It separates or expands data lines.
Primary and secondary lines operate with independent CPUs and are electrically isolated to block noise. Up to 1.2km extension and 250 additional nodes are supported.

Network
