Overview
BEMS is a system that analyzes building energy consumption, BAS environmental variables (outdoor temperature, humidity, etc.), and facility operating trends. Based on this analysis, it reduces energy consumption through PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) activities for optimal operation of mechanical facilities such as heat source equipment.
