Level 3 - Software Solution
MR’s software has evolved alongside advances in IT technology.
With the release of Windows OS after the early MS-DOS version, lighting control software was developed in the early 2000s to operate conveniently on Windows OS, and it has been upgraded through multiple stages over the past 18 years.
Initially, lighting control systems were based on ON/OFF control, and the corresponding software was SmarTLC. This software was exported to GE USA under the name Light-X.
Smartrol v1.0 was developed for ILC, SLC, and Dimming Control systems.
The latest Smartrol v3.1, developed from 2013, supports ELC and DALI systems. This software received BTL certification in 2013.
It is a dedicated lighting control software with excellent graphical UI functions compared to other systems.

Development Background
Our software was developed alongside the advancement of IT technology.
With the introduction of Windows OS after MS-DOS, lighting control software was developed in the early 2000s for easier operation on Windows systems.
Over time, it has been upgraded through multiple stages for more than 14 years.

Initially, lighting control systems were based only on ON/OFF control, and the software for that was SmarTLC.
We exported this software to GE America under the name Light-X.

Smartrol v1.0 was applied to SLC systems and dimming control systems.
Smartrol v3.1, developed from 2013, is designed for ELC and DALI systems and has been certified under BTL in 2013.
It is a dedicated lighting control software with a powerful graphical user interface that outperforms other solutions.

Overview
Smartrol v3.1 was developed to efficiently control and manage buildings, facilities, lighting, and integrated systems.
It operates as an independent system and can be integrated for coordinated control of power and facility automation when needed.
It is installed on both server and client systems, providing backup functionality between them.
The server monitors program changes, while the client monitors database status in real time.

Application Scope
It can be applied to various facilities such as mid-sized and large buildings, shopping malls, office buildings, airports, convention centers, gymnasiums, apartments, and any public space requiring lighting control.
It supports scheduling, sunrise/sunset control, occupancy-based control, group and pattern control, DALI dimming, and photo sensor control.
